By accessing masterofthegreens.com or purchasing or downloading our digital products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of the Site
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (b) copy, scrape, or aggregate content for commercial use without permission; (c) interfere with security or operation of the Services.
Intellectual Property & License
All content on the Site, including articles, graphics, PDFs, downloads, and logos, is owned by MOTG or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
Digital downloads are licensed, not sold. You may store and print a copy for your personal use. You may not share, resell, upload, or distribute any download without our prior written consent.
Purchases, Pricing & Refunds (Digital Goods)
Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes may apply based on your location.
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a digital guide you purchased from us, email info@masterofthegreens.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund you in full. Include the email address you used at checkout or your order number. You do not need to give a reason, and there is nothing to return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Because our products are digital, your license to use the download ends when the refund is issued, and you agree to delete any copies you have saved or printed.
Technical problems. If you have a technical issue at any point, such as a broken download link, a duplicate charge or a corrupted file, contact us at the address above and we will make it right, no matter how long ago you purchased.
This guarantee applies to digital products purchased directly from Master of the Greens. It does not apply to products bought through third parties or affiliate partners, whose own refund policies govern those purchases. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in license revocation.
Support payments. Payments made through Support the Site are voluntary contributions to support the site. You don’t receive a product or service in return. If you made a support payment by mistake, email us within 30 days and we will refund it.
Accounts & Security
If you create a customer account to view your orders or downloads, you’re responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under it. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
Reviews, Affiliates & Third-Party Links
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and you consent to jurisdiction there. Where permitted, you and MOTG waive jury trial rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms end immediately.

If we update these Terms, we’ll post the new version here with an updated effective date. Material changes may be announced more prominently.
